LPFMAX 2K+ 2000W FM LPF na may DC coupler (DIGIAMP opsyonal)

Based on PTFE laminate, with PCB caps, perfectly flat for easy mounting, improved layout and with power and reflected power meters. Mounts with screws directly to the heatsink. 2000W Low Pass filter that easily mates with our DIGIAMP breakout board, built for our MAX PRO series exciters. When used with DIGIAMP breakout board the DIGIAMP interconnect system enables easy integration into a FM transmitter. All it takes is one flat cable (DIGIAMP). This connection enables measurement of SWR and Power, amplifier supply voltage, current and temperature. It also provides SWR protection and automatic output level limiting. Of course it also includes low pass filter as RF amplifiers produce harmonics at even multiples of fundamental frequency. If your harmonics fall on or near a TV channel or Maritime frequency you could cause severe interference to that channel. The most common cause of fines from federal agencies is due to TVI or other interference from your transmitter which generates a complaint. Use of this low pass filter is the best method of eliminating this kind of interference. The low insertion loss of this filters makes them well suited for use at power levels as low as 1 watt on up to 1500 watts and more!

Ang mga unit na ito ay ginawa gamit ang mataas na kalidad na PTFE laminate at silver-plated coil wire! Ang mga boltahe ng SWR at PWR ay ibinibigay para sa layunin ng pagsukat ng kapangyarihan/swr. Ang mga directional coupler ay binabayaran ng frequency at nagbibigay ng flat reading sa buong frequency band. Gamitin sa MAXPRO FM exciter:
– Ikonekta ang input at output sa RG-142 o mas makapal na PTFE coaxial cable.
– I-mount sa heatsink gamit ang mga turnilyo, pinakamahusay na gawin sa aming 1000-1500W ampbox.
– Kumonekta gamit ang digiamp cable sa aming exciter
– Itakda muna ang lahat ng proteksyon/limitasyon sa mga trimmer
– Itakda ang power/SWR trimmers para sa tamang pagbabasa sa LCD
– Ngayon, itakda ang tx sa max na inilaan na kapangyarihan (halimbawa 500W), kaysa ayusin ang proteksyon ng SWR, limitasyon ng kapangyarihan at kasalukuyang mga trimmer ng limitasyon sa punto kung saan halos magsisimula silang bawasan ang lakas ng output

Gamitin nang wala ang aming FM exciter:
– Ikonekta ang input at output sa RG-142 o katulad na PTFE coaxial cable.
– I-mount sa heatsink gamit ang mga turnilyo, pinakamahusay na gawin sa aming 1000-1500W ampbox.
– Ikonekta ang bias disable PAD sa filter sa bias boltahe ng iyong papag upang ang circuit ng proteksyon ng filter ay maaaring humila ng bias boltahe pababa. Tingnan ang lahat ng mga larawan para sa produktong ito upang maunawaan kung paano gumagana ang ALC. Ang bawat papag ay medyo naiiba kaya hindi namin masasabi sa iyo nang eksakto kung paano.
– Itakda muna ang lahat ng proteksyon/limitasyon sa mga trimmer
– Itakda ang power/SWR trimmers para sa tamang pagbabasa sa LCD
