Wideband 30w push-pull amp

Post by djjerme »

Saw this while dinking around on the Philips website:

Application Note NCO8701

A Wideband 30 W push-pull amplifier with two MOS transistors BLF244; range 25-110 MHz

I printed a hardcopy of it and was reading the build-up, its first based on mathmatical theory, but it also appears they built an actual one and ran it (there are adjustment from the calculated value versus real world) The circuit seems nice and its right in that power range (20-30w) I was looking for. Didn't know if anyone has any thoughts or has ran across this transistor (BLF244)

You have noticed the problematic part: getting the transistors.
