Help. I have a Kenwood TS820S xceiver, about 22 years old, and, I thought, in great shape. I go down to the shack, turn power on, and I have absolutely no audio! Meter reading shows that I have input signals, so antenna is good. Any suggestions and, if bad, where can I get it fixed.
Thanks, Jim (W3EOS)

Believe it or not, its probably not a big deal.
Might be as simple as a loose wire going to the speaker.
Probably won't take more than 1/2h to fix.
Go find the nearest ham equipment service. Many advanced hams
will do this sort of thing, too, for moderate fee. And so will the
shops which sell this kind of stuff.
