DEFECTIVE PCI MAX??

Post by andrew »

so here I am...

I know my way quite reasonably around PC hardware and software. I've tried the PCI max i purchased in three different PCs without any success. Everything is setup properly and the software appears to work normally in windows.

The problem is that when I turn the transmitter on it broadcasts a pulsing VOOM VOOM VOOM noise across the entire radio band! The same problem occurs on all PCs i've tried this with.

If I crank my music up on the pc I can sort of hear it through the noise on the appointed frequency, but it's mostly garbage. When I turn the transmitter off everything returns to normal.

I have also tried installing the old drivers first and updating to the most recent.

any thoughts? :o

Contact us directly via email for this kind of problems.

As I've explained repeatedly it may be weeks before anyone
reads the forum. We have feedback form at the website for
support issues.

If you can, enclose a dig. photo of the product. This very often helps
us determine the problem, as weird as it may sound.

I'm sure we'll find a solution for this.
Best regards,
