how can i put a linear 500w - 1 kw after the am exiter?

Simply connect them via coaxial cable.

What is the power in requirement for the amplifier?

Not really relevant at all. AM MAX I by itself puts out more than
twice as much power than this "5W power amplifier", when you
increase to voltage to 20V.
