HI,

Is it possible to use an fm tuner as an stl ? if yes how can this be possible. is there any manual or book on this.

Yes, but as this would work on FM band anyone would be able to listen to your signal.

Besides, received signal needs to be conditioned / processed before it is fed back to the transmitter, stereo pilot needs to be removed or MPX extracted.
Household tuners are not equipped to do so.

Engenius Long Range Outdoor Wireless Bridge

Marko,

I intend using the above system as STL but my transmission is saturated with alot of Telecommunication masts. I will like to know if it will have any effect such as interference when using EnGenius EOC2611P, Extreamer and Instreamer as STL.

On the difficult sites go for this:

These are hardened against all kinds of interference (a sharp filter at the input etc).

We will introduce a budget classic VHF STL soon, but for the tower with lots of interference this one is more suitable:

The new unit will be called MAX LINK 3000 (module) and the boxed units will probably be called CyberMaxLink+
