Err... your caps lock key is stuck.

Would GSM phone work? That's the cheapest.

500m line of sight?

Sure, it works, but you need optical free line of sight and you need to position two directional antennas accurately one against the other. Sometimes difficult in live situations...

If i get it, it means that one directional antenna will need to be placed in the transmission site and the other at the live location. i will also like to find out this. If i use an air-conditioner at the transmitter room, and supposing lights go off for 1 hour, will it be ok to use fan for it with generator.

Also want to know if the main power cable could be connected to UPS and Stablizer

THANKS

UPS/stabilizer can only help, of course.

If the temp in the room stays reasonable during that 1h than its ok.

If it heats up to 35C for example than it is not recommended.
