Are there any small directional antennas i can use with the MFJ 259 on the frequency Counter section of this unit?
or are there any frequency counter available with a small directional antennas?

You can use any antena designed for frequency band you need to
measure. A piece of wire will work, if close to transmitter.

You don't need MFJ at all.
A receiver with signal strength meter and directional antenna.
Some old models of receivers had an analog meter that was very useful
for some things.
Tune to the frequency and look for direction with max. signal.
Than move your location say 500m left/right, look for direction again.
Wherever the lines cross is the transmitter.
