The problem is it will not transmit audio until the power switch has been on for about 30 to 45 minutes. This has been a problem for some time now. After I mess with the settings, and turn it on and off, eventually it will start to work ok until it is turned off and the next day the same problem. What can I do to fix it? Also I have noticed it will not broadcast at all in cool conditions.

Hi,

sounds like a intermittent contact somewhere that re-establishes
itself once the unit warms up.
Perhaps the audio coaxial cable going from stereo encoder
to fm exciter has a poor contact. I'd open the lid and see
if moving that cable changes things. If yes, it is an easy fix.

Have you contacted support yet? If not, why not?

My cybermax is in the same situation - I have only had it a month.

It will not transmit audio out. I have tried looking inside to see if anything is loose and it is not - new cables both RCA and XLR and even a new mixer console havent helped.

HELP ME SOMEONE!

I'd open the lid and check for any loose flat cable headers.
Those can get released from sockets during transport, especially
fedex can be nasty on packages.

Another thing to check would be small black mic coax going
from stereo encoder (SE5000) to fm exciter (MAX PRO 3000+ ).
Check at starting and ending point if perhaps connection is
weak. You can move it gently and see if that makes a difference
in audio. Sometimes the center and shield form a short, but this
is very rare and is probably not the problem.

I hope this will be enough to resolve the problem. If not, I'll ask
you to ship it to my colegue in USA and he'll fix it for you.
