Max pro 5

Post by energy106 »

Hi I have had the max pro 3 for sometime, it is good transmitter I was thinking of getting one of the boxed units, but i'm not sure weather to wait or not. The thing i'm not sure about is if a new max pro transmitter comes out with bigger and better features, will I have to get a compleatly new boxed unit or will I beable to take the old max pro 3 board out and replace it with the new 1?.

Any ideas about when the max pro 3 will replaced? and if so what  features would be in the new transmitter

The new board will be called MAX PRO 3000+.

It will be same size factor so you'll be able to swap out your max pro 3+
and insert the new one, if you'll feel like it. It will still be 15W so no
major change as far as power is concerned.

The new board will be more expensive so it makes sense to get the old
model and maybe upgrade in 1 year when prices fall a bit.
