A few days ago we received your CyberMAXFM 15 W (DC 13 8V) DSP/RSD transmitter and its feeder. Unfortunately, the transmitter shows some problems which prevent its use.
The problems which we have found are the following :

Problems still to be solved

1. The stereophony presents a background noise, similar to a rolling; this inconvenience is present in a constant and tiresome way when the carrier in reception is selected.

Problems solved

1. The faulty fan has been replaced by us with a similar one.

Before deciding to send you back the equipment we would like, following your instructions, to try and intervene directly on the transmitter with the purpose of solving any problem.

Considering the urgency of having the CyberMaxFM perfectly functioning , we would like to ask you to let us have by return, any information and instruction which could help us to solve the problems.

The transmitter uses the feeder which we bought together with the CyberMaxFM.

We look forward to receiving your answer.

Kind regards

Marco

What happened to the original fan? How did it fail?

The rolling sound could very well be generated by your replacement fan.
Fans can generate nasty RFI.

The fan it originates them has been replaced why defective. the fan from we used it is practically identical. However the noise similar to a rolling on both channels is present single in stereofonia and it is not caused from the fan, why also without the fan the same one is felt. This problem was present also when it mounted its fan originates them. I hope you can give ulterior indications to me in order to resolve the problem. Cordial salutes.
