Work on your cable connection. That's where the problem is.
Maybe it isn't plugged into correct socket.

Try it with speakers first to make sure you're getting audio
from your sound card.

Start PCI MAX driver, set frequency.

Than use any application you want that outputs sound to speakers
and you'll have sound on your radio. Can't be much simpler.

No Sound

Hello,
Last night I couldn`t get my card to produce a stereo output. My tuner was showing a stereo signal but the sound was mono well the left channel was very weak, anyway it was the cable that PCS sent with the card, It was bad so you might want to try a different patch cord.

Its even scrap metal plated, about as good as it can be for 3.5mm jumper cable.

Maybe you just had bad luck with the cable.

Yea,
Just because it is new doesn`t mean that it`s perfect, sometimes things happen and defective items get to the public, it`s not your fault (meaning PCS) you can`t check every patch cable, and i know the company that makes them doesn`t check everyone of them maybe one out of every 2000 made, and sometimes that one bad one gets out.
