CyberMAXFM 15W DSP/RDS 2H rack

Post by John »

Hi Mark,

More help needed!

The transmitter is going well however it is very easy to overdrive it which causes the output to distort. Is there an easy way to turn back the gain so that it can prevent the distortion caused by sending too much input signal to the transmitter?

Thanks Mark,

I have tried this, can you give me a hint as to what the Threshold setting should be. The guide said around -12 but the lowest setting I can get is -18?

Use some music with high average laudness and set it to a value that
will let your station sound about as loud as other stations.
