15Watt Amp

Post by gamevision »

I have Cyber MAx LCD. I would like to know If i can use the 15Watt Booster with it. What exactly is an attenuator and does it come with the unit?

Also, do i need to buy a power supply for the 15Watt Booster or i just hook it to the electric supply?

Thanks

You can set the power to 0.2-0.5W and use 15W booster.

It is important to never exceed the above mentioned power
level as it could blow the driver in the booster. It will probably
handle up to about 1W input, of course with jumper removed.

Also, tune the cyber max lcd first and than reduce power
with power adjustment trimmer.

Its worth thinking about the cyber max fm, its not much more
than the 15W booster.

On the 15 watt amp, since it's already set up in a box, how is J4 initially set up from the factory?

For high 250 mw or low 25 mw input?

You can't burn it with 350mW PCI MAX in either case.

I did take a look inside the 15 watt amp, and I couldn't even see a J4.

Was the amp radically redesigned in 2006, it looks different from the pictures?

Just wondering...
