can i use 15 volt powersupply with pci max 2005?

Can i use the 15v power supply that u sale with pci max 2005.
The card says that need 13,8 v and 15 v might be to high.

So can i ?

I test some of them with 15V power supply, and they stil work.

The output chip on the pcimax has an absolute max voltage of 15V I think.
I would make sure you are using a regulated supply if you are going to push the max.
