How to comply with 100W regulation

Post by Modulator »

Hi!

I live in Finland where it is legal to broadcast at 100W power with basic "technical" license (add more power and you will have to pay over 800 euros for inspection, and then a payment for government which decides to give or not to give permission to broadcast at specified frequency, or then just be aware that they are pretty sensitive when illegal broadcast comes to air..).

Which products do you suggest for that output power? I'm looking for affordable solutions. Pallet amplifiers only do have 80W and then 150W at the least..
I see that attenuators are not a solution for this either :)

You can buy 150W model and we will close it down to 100W for you, no problem.
All you have to do is say so.

Attenuators are only a solution, if you want to use 50W to heat up your room 24/7.
