Does someone have any documentation/schemastics/advice/anything that might help a beginer in radio frequency. Ii'm interested in walkie-talkie and digital control of the frequency.

Arrl handbook would be a great book for you.
Each country (I hope) has its version of radioamateurs handbook,
which is in most cases a very usefull resource. The ARRL handbook
is published by radio amateurs from US and whoever deals with
radio in one or another form has this on his bookshelf.
