PCIMax 2007 and Speaker Output

Post by herculee »

Just got my PCIMax 2007 installed and I can't figure out how to output stereo (left/right speaker) sound. When I listen to the output on the radio I only hear sound out of one channel. I even tried plugging the PCIMAX cord into the headphone jack and I still only get one channel.

In your PCI software select the button mono stereo.

One of the three buttons at the top? It is already set to Stereo.

Did you try also:
1. connect sound from mp3 player, or other stereo device
2. connect sound from soundcard pc
3. make sure your output sound device has a stereo female plug.
4. another cable

When connecting stereo cable into a mono female its results in only one chennael sound, mostly left channel.

Thanks! I am using the integrated sound card. Does the cord go in the black, yellow, or green marked plugged on the pc?

Usually green, although this can vary from pc to pc
as outputs are configurable.
