Show us our studio

Post by djhubbalubba »

Hello Broadcasters :D

I think we could show our radio studios:

Here is my studio

With:
1 Behringer Eurorack UB1204 Mixer
1 Mic from ''Shure''
1 Mic (unkown)
1 Computer with SAM Broadcaster as radio automation software
1 Pioneer EQ ( Not at the picture)
1 MAX PRO 3+ transmitter with High-Gain Vertical Half Wave antenna

See the picture here: http://www.fmromerike.110mb.com/studio.htm

Nice setup.

How much range are you getting?

Did you put a sock over the microphone there?

I hope you washed it first :)

If you are looking at 40W amplifier module, also check this control board:
http://www.pcs-electronics.com/universa ... -1150.html

With this you can easily set power of your amplifier to any level you need, from 0 to max.

No it's not a sock 8)

It's a ear-pad from an old headset ;)

Hello, long since last time I was here. I thought we could continue this thread, tell about your studio and equipment you use.

I have the same as listed in the first post, but i have upgraded to a 150W amp.
And use Limbo 1 Compressor and SE5000 DSP stereo encoder with RDS.

I have upload a sound example so you can hear, and tell us about your equipment :D
