Sorry for what is probably a stupid question, but I'm not used to working with ICs with more than 8 pins:)
In the schematic http://www.pcs-electronics.com/schematics/stereo.gif , is the 4066 a "CMOS Logic DIP-14 Quad Analog Switch", the 4060 a "CMOS Logic DIP-16 14-Stage Binary Ctr", and the 4013 a "CMOS Logic DIP-14 Dl D-Type Flip-Flop" (I just searched mouser.com and wrote the first thing that came up)?
I'm making the eye-opening transition from class-A amps to digital prosessors, so play nice:)
Thanks!
Edit: this is disheartening-- what is the 4863 kHz in the small type between pins 10 and 11 of 4060? Do I need to design something to oscillate at 4863 kHz....?

You are correct as far as those chips are concerned.lernith wrote:Sorry for what is probably a stupid question, but I'm not used to working with ICs with more than 8 pins:)

The 4864 is the quartz crystal that can be purchased from our
components section (hard to find in normal stores).

Yes, just make sure it is stable.
