Noise in the Microphones for the Sender of FM

Hello!
First, if you want to connect a microphone you need
some kind of audio processor, at least a compressor.
Why? Audio level can vary over a very wide range and
you can overmodulate (when you for example scream
or blow air into mic or whistle). On the other hand, your
speech can appear quiet when you talk normally. You will
need audio processor and limiter here.
Second, make sure your microphone preamplifier is of
good quality. Balanced mic and preamp input are preferred
here. People use noise gates as well. Meaning when
there is no speech the preamplifier output is turned off
and there is no noise.

It might be RF radiation problem. Make sure:
1.) Your antenna is away from your audio gear
2.) Your transmitter is in metal enclosure and well shielded
3.) Your power supply is RF blocked
This might help.
