Hello,
I am just wondering if you know this kind of dipole antenna with 3 elements instead 2 ????
Curiously the both poles are grounded and only the lower part of the third element is connected on the "+" (the top is grounded again)...

3 element dipole
This is a Gamma fed dipole. Any dipole I've seen of this design has been a 75 Ohm impedence. the small element is the gamma match
