Hello,
I'm (or we, there are two persons here) are trying to build a FM radio just for fun, we don't know so much about electronics but we think it's fun just to get something to work in hope of in the end understanding something of what we actually did . We are at the moment using a TDA7021T circuit for this purpose and are now working accordingly to this schematic:
Very high res - about 2mb
Low res - about 0.5mb
But we have now encountered a problem. We can't figure out what values R1, R2 and the variable coil on pin nr.5 should have and we can't really find anything more on the internet than russian/japanese pages about this and not even those are to any help.
We are not asking you to do our work (even tho we wouldnt mind at all ) but just some help on this issue.
Sincerely
Alexander

Allways try to get manufacturers datasheet:

Than see page 9!
220K and 33K
Have fun with this little radio and let us know how it goes!
Kudos for your spirit!

Hello TDA7021T friend...
Hello my friend,
I too...just received a TDA7021T IC from Philip's Semiconductors.
I wanted to know how is your project coming along...since I too will be building the receiver.
I can learn a few things about you and your project, as I will go down the same road...trying to get the unit to function good.
Do reply back to me...as I await a reply, my friend!
Sincerely,
Patrick Cambre USA
