I have a suggestion:
Don't use a web-based translator.

But, I think you are asking how to prevent interference with TV channels. Is this correct?

Even when you are using a super-clean transmitter, your amplifier
could generate harmonics.

So it is crucial that the amplifier exhibits some kind of filtering.

So a super clean transmitter is only enough, if you're using only
an antenna and no amplifiers.
