How do I use the Ethernet card?

Post by davidcr »

hi. I came to a station that uses a MAXPRO 3000 card as exciter, an RS232 serial port and also have an additional network card.

RS232 interface is connected to the LCD module, I understand that the network card is connected to the same terminal of the LCD module, and red wire at power suppy 12V and ground. The LED on the network card power on... and then? what else should I do?

How to specify an IP? What software do I use to control the transmitter?

Thanks.

Hi,

I suggest you check the manual for the MAX PRO 5015, the MAX PRO 3000 is an older product and at the time Ethernet module did not exist yet.

Yes, the red wire goes to +12V. The 5 pins go to the 5 pins on the LCD.

Let me know if you get stuck.
