Let's say you have an antenna with 5 dB gain. If you wanted to stack this in a 2 bay the theory is that gain would be increased by 3 dB totalling 8 dB of gain (or 4 bay with 11 dB gain).

What kind of antenna are you using? The antenna cable might be damaged, or it's not properly connected to the receiver.

Is for example a RG213 crimp on a Tri-Lan-cable a good way, or is Tri-Lan too thick for RG213 connectors?

Crimp is easiest.

If you must install pl259 and add SO239 to BNC adapter.

I've been comparing the different cable types you have, and I've found out that the TRI-LAN-cable is the best choise for ...

What is the most neat way to have a BNC-connector to these cables? When I use Google, it seems like the PL-259 is often used, and rarely BNC.
