a walkie talkie circuit

hi ....
i wanna make this walkie talkie circuit ,but i have some problem ....
1) i don't know how does this circuit work...
2) and in this circuit there are some parts that they don't have name or any description such as transistor t4 , L3 and c29 beside of t7 2n3866....
please help me ....
