Question about Bias Comms limiter

Hi,
I've found it in "schematics" section and it seems to be a good limiter.I think that this limiter is very close to Broadcast Warehouse limiter, but unfortunately it has a mistake.In a feedback circuit of "f" operationl amplifiers there are 47pf capacitor and diode with short circuit!If someone knows what is the correct conection please let me know.
