BLY89C NEED HELP

Some one can help me with a BLY89C.
I need a shematic with PCB layout to build a transmitter. Tell me your opinion about this transistor and what shematic should a chose.
My intention is use a 500mW ~ 1W PLL with this circuit, and 10 W of output are coll.
One more question, if I drive the shematic that is on this site (http://www.cbsite.nl/modif/3meter/bly89/bly89.htm) with 1W or less should it work?? (Work with less power output of course).
