hi,
a few months ago , i ask a question about the number of screws in your transmitters, i have an enclosure from another manufacturer there are only 4 screws on the top and bottom of the unit , can i use aluminum adhesive backed tape to seal the RF from escaping?

You can, but there is no real need for that.

It may be usefull in environment where you have lots and lots of transmitters/receivers
in one room, such as in a radio tower with tv/radio transmitters.

In a single unit installation or small installation its not needed and there will be no
noticeable difference.
