Interesting semiconductors from Mitsubishi

Referring to PCS electronics, there is hardly something left to be desired. It is real cool stuff!
There is always room for improvement, though. Mitsubishi offers a very interesting range of RF power MOSFETs, the RD series. Information at: http://www.mitsubishichips.com/Global/c ... vhfuhf900m.
These MOSFETs are known for their enormous reliability and ruggedness. I discovered that many manufacturers of RF-related equipment, such as professional mobile radios and amateur transceivers, take advantage of this technology.
I have found only one manufacturer of FM broadcast equipment yet that has 'discovered' these chips (Sinteck). Maybe PCS should take these semiconductors in consideration for new designs.
