what does it take to get an email answered?

I have been trying to get an emaul answered for 4 days, what does it take?

What does it take? A response.
No, seriously, in my experience PCS will get back to your email, but due to popular demand, it may take at least a few days to hear back from them.

That's a flat-out lie, you got one e-mail from me personally yesterday.
And you acknowledged this by answering it so you have received it 100%.
I don't know what time zone you live in, but around here less than 24 hours
does not equal 4 days.
By the way, it was a national holiday here yesterday and I answered it
newertheless.
If it wasn't for the fact that you cancelled this order and than changed your
mind again and placed it again the product would long be in your hands.
Sorry, that's just how it is.

Umm, I still have email I sent on 4-21 that wasn't answered. You answered when I used the web form a few days later....but it will be here tomorrow anyway so I can't wait
