Starting a radio... broadcast 1-3 miles

Hi there i have had an online radio for a while now but we recently closed for a brake we used to get 200-300 listeners this time we want to open back up but on the air waves we want to broadcast atleast 1-2 miles 3 if we could but we only have £150 - £300 max! We want to do this soon so any good information would be helpful. Also we wanted a studio/radio mixer what they use in radio stations cheers
