Waiting for payment???

Hello

I have a problem. I order at PCS Electronics have done on 22 June 2007.
Still my status on my account on "waiting for payment" stands.
I have already sent e-mail but i get no answer. What can i do?

It has been sent today, the status will be updated in the evening.

It took a bit longer due to my vacation, sorry.

PS: You did in fact get an answer.

PS2: What does this have to do with PC Software and Hardware?

It's mayby the mistake of my firewal on my pc.

Your order is not 60668, it is 60676. it was made again when you changed payment type I think.

Look under the new order, tracking number is there. It was indeed sent yesterday.

My account say me that i have order 60494.


Also the date of order is not correct with the day of order

You have two orders, check the other one.

I have only pay for order order 60494.

I see on my account only one order that i make.

I see the problem now, there is another customer with similar name.
I've forwarded this to billing, they will contact you.
