Software to stream in DVB-S

Hi
I have a link that is a bit similar to the one manufactured by PCS. It works, but I have a question. I would like to stream in DVB-S in order to use a satellite tuner (Dreambox) at the transmission site. A question is of course if there's a software that I could use to create the transport stream and if it's for free or if there are costs included. I have googled, but didn't find anything. Is there anything like what I'm looking for? Or maybe it would be something for our friends at PCS to create. Then I wouldn't wait for any long to exchange my analogue link to a link that could transmit my goodies like this. Thanks in advance for any help.
