I've recently purchased and set up a maxpro3000 with a Se 2000 encoder. I'm still testing but early results are very impressive with great clarity and reasonable range even at low power.
I'm keen to patch a PC to the system so I can monitor all parameters via the studio PC instead of grovelling around in the rack.
I see the pins on the lcd display board for doing this but have no idea where to start. usb or Rs 232?
can I connect USB direct to these pins?
Does pcs manufacture a patch lead to do this?

USB IO board+
Connect this to your LCD display and you'll have PC remote control.
You can't connect LCD to RS232 or USB directly with just some wires, interface is needed (IC + some resistors and capacitors + connectors)
