using the PCIMAX3000+ 3W with a 150 watts transmitter

hello fellow tester, we would like to use our pci card with the 150 watt transmitter is there any way of using the PCIMAX3000+ 3W PC based FM transmitter! card with our fm transmitter, we can pull the PCIMAX3000+ 3W PC based FM transmitter! card out and use the transmitter but we would like to use the rds system on the card and we dont know if we can do that or not
