PCIMax 3000 v2 (3W) temperature

Hi, I have set the card to run at full power into a broadband antenna.
The power output showing is 2.7W and the temp is 66 degrees.
The room ambient temp here in Thailand is pretty high, about 30 degrees.
I have no SWR meter, very hard to get in Thailand, that's why I got a broadband antenna.
Do you think it is too hot or maybe high SWR?
I want to make sure this is OK before I plug in the 300W Digital amp I bought from you.
