I was just wondering can digital audio be sent to the pcimax2007 device without going through the ADC(audio input jack).
I would like to select digital or analog input settings.

Vince

Now PCIMAX 3000+ supports this and audio is indeed much better.

At this time no, but several customers came and requested the specs with the goal of creating their own driver.

I can't say whether anything came out of it at this time.

A driver for streaming audio digitally is available though. But you won't be able to set frequency etc.

So if you use cybermax micro+ which has a LCD to set power and frequency you will be able to stream audio digitally even from Linux.

Well I am finishing up on a app that I am writing. My app incorporates many of the driver functionalities from Dan's module.
And I will be able to remotely control my studio app and PCIMAX. I am not very good at driver module coding. But many of the newer computers do not have pci slots. So I will eventually get a 3000. But since you mention that there is a drive for cybermax micro+ , can I use the cybermax micro+ remotely if you provide the specs.
