How to calculate the power handling for inductor?

Right now I have a small low pass filter I built with some of these: https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/ ... ND/3737485
I handles 7W just fine, but I want to know if it will work with 15W.
Will it work? Can I calculate how much it can handle?
