As for antennas, most standard broadcast stations use a multi bay Circular polarized setup. I will warn you, they are very expensive. 87.8 Mhz is the lower end of the FM band here in the states, however, the FM audio for TV channel 6 is centered 87.75 (if I remember correctly). If you have a channel 6 OTA or on Cable in your area you will interfere.
