Where on the pallet do you measure from?
Is it that the positive probe is placed on the +5 and the negative on the ground

This is more than enough, the drive power you need typically is just 2-5W, stereo encoder uses practically nothing and fans are also using just a couple watts. You can also connect fans to 24V or 48V directly (these types exist) or even 110-240V. I don't see any need for more, really. M what is the...
