Engenius Long Range Outdoor Wireless Bridge
Marko,
I intend using the above system as STL but my transmission is saturated with alot of Telecommunication masts. I will like to know if it will have any effect such as interference when using EnGenius EOC2611P, Extreamer and Instreamer as STL.
Thank you

1KW EXTERMINATOR
HI,
LIKE TO KNOW THE RANGE (MILES) I CAN COVER USING THE EXTERMINATOR. SECONDLY, THE SWR IS BETWEEN 6-8% @ 530 WATTS. IS IT SAFE FOR THE 1KW TRANSMITTER. IF ITS SAFE, CAN I INCREASE THE TRANSMITTER POWER OUTPUT TO 700WATTS??
THANKS

I use a 150 watts transmitter with Dominator antenna connected with N Connectors. The antenna is placed on a 50 feet mast on a 3 storey building. When we power it on we achieve a coverage of less than 15 kilometers which is bothering me. What might be the problem. What do we need to check. Your advi...

Lightening
What is the best way to prevent direct lightening from striking and causing damage to your transmitter and antenna. Is safe to use copper on the lightening resistor. If there is any other way of protecting my equipments, kindly help.
Thanks

Re: Fan for Transmitter
Marko,
Thanks for the insight. My antenna has already been tuned to its frequency (89.1 Mhz). Do i still need to use the SWR to check it when powering the transmitter. I have the Dominator antenna tuned to my frequency.
Thanks once again.
