Not all antennas need to be tuned to frequency, some are "no tune" these are usually folded dipoles.

While tuning was being conducted the amplifier was connected to a 50 ohm balanced feed 5/8ths wave, once tuned the aerial was re-adjusted to optimum length for frequency.

problem now solved!

I am getting error "expand L7" on the LCD display during test when the unit is running.

It goes off after a time but is this something i should be concerned about or take action to prevent happening??
