repairing an antenna

one of ours antennas has been flooded by water...and now we have 100 % reflected power from that antenna. Is there a way to repair this antenna

Tuning FM cavity filter
I am wondering how to tune FM cavity filter and what instruments I need for that? Hm... how can I check my filter...I am getting too much reflected power...and I think it is because of filter mismatch.
