- Please include your order number (if it exists) in body or subject of your message!
- When replying to our emails always include original email!
- If you can speak English, please ask in English. This way you get a faster answer and a much more elaborate answer. Some of us do speak Spanish and a bit of German, but not that well. Form clear short sentences.
- Please allow for a maximum of 1-2 business days for a reply. We do answer every e-mail as soon as we can; usually within hours. If you do not receive your answer in 2 business days please consider that you may have mis-typed your email or your spam filter might be blocking our emails.
- Finally make sure you provide a valid e-mail address. Also check your spam filters or whitelist us, if you want to get our answers. We typically get 1-2 questions daily with mis-typed e-mail or our email is blocked by some spam filter so the customer never receives our answer.
