so here I am...
I know my way quite reasonably around PC hardware and software. I've tried the PCI max i purchased in three different PCs without any success. Everything is setup properly and the software appears to work normally in windows.
The problem is that when I turn the transmitter on it broadcasts a pulsing VOOM VOOM VOOM noise across the entire radio band! The same problem occurs on all PCs i've tried this with.
If I crank my music up on the pc I can sort of hear it through the noise on the appointed frequency, but it's mostly garbage. When I turn the transmitter off everything returns to normal.
I have also tried installing the old drivers first and updating to the most recent.
any thoughts?
DEFECTIVE PCI MAX??
