New Cyber Max 10Watts

Post by Phil »

Hello all... very interested in the new 10W Cyber Max TX. This looks almost ideal for RSL (28 day licence) broadcasting in the UK.

If I can ask a couple of questions....

- Is there a basic compressor/limiter built in ? Something like your Limbo unit?

- The page says it is RDS ready.... does this mean there are RDS injection points built in?

- I'm confused about the power output. You've rated it at 10W but say the max is 15W. What does this mean?

Looks a great product...!

You'll have to purchase LIMBO I to add compression to the unit.

RDS can be connected easily.

Unit typically produces more than 10W, but is conservatively
rated as a 10W transmitter. It has a 15W output transistor.
