so im looking at this antenna here:

and was interested how I could make an array by buying two antennas... and what would be the advantages of buying two of these antennas... I have a 15W transmitter and would like to broadcast a nice 5 mi range in the city (I'm on a nice hill overlooking the city)

coaxial antenna combiners
I'm guessing I would need to buy this to connect the two antennas??

Please I would also like to know the best positioning of the two antennas together... would i point one antenna north and another one south, or both of them in one direction??

They must be placed one above the other on a mast. Yes, you need combiner and yes,
there is a benefit of 3dB gain each time you double the number of dipoles.
That's 3 dB for 2 dipoles compared to single dipole
and 6dB for 4 dipoles compared to single dipole.
In practice you get slightly less, say 5.5 dB gain.
With 4 dipoles your range should improve 50-100%.
