Hi there.
I want to setup a radio in my city with a coverage of +- 10klms.
Can I do this using the PCIMAX3000+ 3W platinum card in combination with a 25W FM BOOSTER?
I live on the highest point of my city by the way.

Yes, that might work depending on terrain configuration. Make sure you use a good antenna.
This is a decent antenna for example:

Even more gain can be obtained with directional or multi-dipole systems.
